When you engage our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Jutt and Sons Wholesale & Prep Services. We provide fulfillment, storage, and related services in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our flat-rate pricing ensures transparency and simplicity for our customers. There are no hidden charges, and you will be informed of all applicable fees upfront. Payment for our services is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Storage Charges

For Amazon FBA/FBM orders, the first 48 hours of storage are provided free of charge. After this period, storage charges will apply. Similarly, for 3PL (third-party logistics) orders, the first 7 days of storage are complimentary, with charges applicable thereafter.

4. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your inventory, Jutt and Sons Wholesale & Prep Services shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods stored in our facilities. We recommend that you maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen events.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Any outstanding fees or charges shall be settled upon termination, and any remaining inventory shall be returned or disposed of as instructed by the client.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law
